Known as Conger Hill, the motte is 18 feet above the bottom of the moat and has a flat top 90 feet in diameter. It is surrounded by a moat 30 feet wide and 5 feet deep. No stonework or finds have been made from what is probably a 12th or 13th Century fortification beside Toddington church.
