LAYER MARNEY TOWER

With 8 storeys it is the tallest tower in the country, built in 1520. The rest of the building, a further three wings to produce a square with a courtyard inside, was never completed.

Private, open summer afternoons April - Sept, not Saturday. It is now available for conferences, wedding ceremonies, receptions etc.
