Towre Kenvyn

Also known as, or recorded in historical documents as; Caer y Bont; Pen y Twr; Twr Cynfyn; Hendwr

In the community of Llandrillo.
In the historic county of Merioneth (Modern authority of Denbighshire, preserved county of Clwyd).

Towre Kenvyn (ie Cynfyn) is mentioned by Leland, presumed to be some sort of vanished castle by King. The mound at SJ04253833 sometimes associated with this tower is listed in CARN as Non Antiquity and the mound is called natural by King. This beggars the question as to what and where were Leland's Tower although King writes it is probably a known castle called by an unfamiliar name.
