Worcester siege castle, Green Hill

In the civil parish of Worcester.
In the historic county of Worcestershire (Modern Authority of Worcestershire, 1974 county of Hereford and Worcester).

Considerable mound of earth, thought to be the site of a siege castle of King Stephen. Removed before 1852. Worcester Castle was besieged on several occassions because siege castles were record for the 1151 siege all possible siege mounds get ascribed to 1151.

This site has been described as a;
Siege Work.
The confidence that this site is a medieval fortification or palace is Possible.
Nothing visible remains.
