Wimble Toot, Babcary

In the civil parish of Babcary.
In the historic county of Somerset (Modern Authority of Somerset, 1974 county of Somerset).

King writes a small motte. PastScape report as "A bowl barrow known as Wimble Toot. The barrow mound measures around 3m in diameter and 2.8m high. The surrounding ditch has become partly infilled over time but is still visible on the east side of the mound. A hollow in the centre of the barrow suggests past excavation." It is located a slight distance from Babcary for no apparent reason and I consider the PastScape report is likely to be more correct.
