Shoreswood Tower

In the civil parish of Shoreswood.
In the historic county of Durham; North (Modern Authority of Northumberland, 1974 county of Northumberland).

Shoreswood Tower was destroyed in 1496. It stood about 2 miles southwest of Berwick. There are now no remains to be seen here.

This site has been described as a;
Pele Tower.
The confidence that this site is a medieval fortification or palace is Certain.
Nothing visible remains.
