CHANSTONE SOUTH TUMP Photos Andrew TivenanThe motte is about 130 feet in diameter and now stands only 4 feet high. It was originally surrounded by a ditch. To the northeast of Vowchurch near Mornington Court there is a second larger and probably later motte, Chanstone North Tump.
